Motherwell FC face Celtic at home on Sunday. This will no doubt be a nail biting game, as if they are victorious the Steelmen will extend their lead over Celtic to a massive 6 points. Get along to Fir Park early as the bar in the Cooper suite will be open from 11am.

It is hoped that Stevie Hammell will be fit and ready to take on Celtic. Hammell sustained a rather gruesome gash to his leg during the game against Inverness last Saturday.

In amateur news, Wishaw AFC take on Lesmahagow on Saturday, kick off 2pm at King George Park, Wishaw.

Springhill AFC face The Harp, also on Saturday, in the Quarter Final of the John Rowan Cup. Springhill are currently sitting top of the league alongside Law Hearts and Electric Bar, all sitting on 9 points each. The team are currently tracking the signing of former Harthill powerhouse Scott Davidson. The club hope to sign him in the next few weeks. A source from the club said "Scott would be a great addition to the team." Watch this space for further details.
